As food products are generally exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind about your purchase. If, however, your product is faulty or has been damaged during transport, you are of course entitled to make a complaint. Please see the Complaints section below for more information.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1628\">\n<p data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1628\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\"><strong data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1494\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">Brew<\/span>ers and accessories<\/strong> are covered by a<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">\u00a014-day statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition and, where possible, in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
