A coffee tasting, or “cupping,” is a true experience – perfect for anyone from the curious beginner to the passionate coffee aficionado. A flavorful and educational journey into the world of specialty coffee, where you get to explore how different coffees can taste.

First, a theory session covering coffee’s history, what coffee is and where it comes from, what specialty coffee means, different processing methods and their flavor profiles, as well as the roasting process.
Then comes the cupping – a tasting of various coffees. You’ll try several coffees with different origins, processing methods, and roast levels, discovering how each factor influences flavor.

The coffee tasting takes place at our roastery in Ystad and lasts approximately 1.5–2 hours.
