KENYA GLORIA

Gloria and Jarmo have produced a fantastic coffee – a washed Batian AA that’s juicy, sweet, and bursting with red currant notes, just like a great Kenyan coffee should be. It’ll also make an amazing iced coffee when the warmer days arrive.

ETHIOPIA BETTE BUNA

Some coffees you always come back to – washed from Ethiopia is one of them. Here is a sweet, silky cup from Bette Buna with elegant notes of apricot, bergamot, and milk chocolate.

BRAZIL CHAPADÃO DE FERRO

An anaerobically fermented natural Oeiras that has just the right amount of funk, yet still clean and elegant. We really love this one. So much going on – and so incredibly tasty!

COLOMBIA LA ROCA

We often fall for delicate honey-processed coffees from Colombia – and this one is no exception! Jorge Elías Rojas Vásquez has produced an incredibly tasty and elegant Yellow Caturra, with flavors reminiscent of honeydew melon and pineapple. Slurp!

COFFEE PRICES

By now, it hasn’t escaped anyone that the price of green coffee has gone up. This means we, like everyone else, have to raise our prices. We want to be transparent about this and we actually see the increase in coffee prices as something positive – for the future and for the people behind the coffee. If you’re interested, we’ve put together a text explaining what’s happening, why it’s happening, and how we see it.

We want to be an open roastery – a place where you can stop by for a coffee, talk coffee, and pick up beans and brewing gear to take home. You’ll find us at Koppargatan 19 in Ystad. Come in for a cup!

We roast specialty coffee in Ystad, and our selection of single-origin coffees rotates depending on what’s in season. Our blends are always available, but their components rotate too. Do you like fruity and bright, chocolatey, or something a little darker? We’ve got something for everyone.
